Fire Permit
Fire permits are required as per Forest Fire Prevention Act Ont. Reg. 230/00 and by purchasing one you are agreeing to abide by the conditions set out in said regulations as well as in accordance with by-law 2016-14. Failure to do so may result in fines and fees. *
Personal information collected on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, and will be used for the administration of the fire permit program. The information may also be shared internally among municipal departments for the purposes of administering municipal services, enforcing municipal by-laws, or as otherwise permitted by law. Permit fee is $20.00 for the season.
The fire permit season runs from April 1st to October 31st.
