Interim 2026 Tax Bills have been issued.
The tax bills for 2026 Interim Billing have been issued and have been sent out. The due date February 25th, 2026 for Installment 1. Any amounts left unpaid will accrue interest at 1.25% per month.
*Some mortgage providers have stated they will no longer be withholding and paying property taxes for their clients. If you need any help arranging payments through your bank, click HERE for more information or send an email to [email protected] and we will be glad to help.

Rink Update!
Flooding has been going well! We will have the Rink opened this Saturday, December 13th since the weather is playing nice for us. For more news, schedule, events and rink status, follow the Outdoor Rink Facebook page HERE. Thank you to our amazing Rink Volunteers and Volunteer Firefighters for their hard work getting it ready! No hockey or pucks are allowed on the smaller Rink, that is for skating only. |
Winter Burning or Open Air Burning - Nov 1st to Mar 31st
We made it through another wildfire season! As of November 1, Part 5 the Open Air Burning bylaw kicks in. Key points to remember:
- You can now have cooking fires or bonfires up to 1 meter in diameter and 1 meter in height without a permit.
- All fires must be attended at all times
- Burning can take place day or night but must take into consideration conditions (wind speed and direction, ground moisture, etc.)
